Due to the close of the boarders with the Romulans it could be hard. But if Quazar could, it would prob run in the $100's

yes... well, I'd say he'd probably could get it, but it would take a while, and he's a Ferengi shop keep -so he probably wouldn't want to deal on anything that large as far as risk goes.
