USS Dragon Rules & Regulations
The USS Dragon has a few guidelines its members are requested to follow in order to keep from being banned. These rules are not placed here to constrict you to the point of not having fun. These rules are placed here for the safety of our users, especially the younger ones.
Accounts
Each user is only allowed ONE (1) account. This includes you getting a heavy warn from this forum. If you are caught doing this we WILL warn you. Many violations will result in banning, if you continue to create new accounts to evade the ban See:"Evading A Ban" rule.
Racial & Religious Topics
Any racial or religious arguments on these forums are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to start arguments or discussions about racial or religious factors will be met with severe punishments.
SPAMMING
Spamming the forums is not allowed. Spamming includes 1 word posts, bumping, cross-posting, and double-posting. (If you want a topic bumped, PM an admin or mod).
-Bumping is posting on a topic over 1 week old.
--Cross-posting is posting a topic more than once just to get attention.
Flaming Wars
Flaming wars are not allowed on these forums. Anyone found to be flaming another member will be warned and a perm. mark placed onto their Admin Notes
Links
All links must be relevant to the topic in some form or fashion. Also, all links must be appropriate.
Titles
All titles MUST be relevant to the topic and must not be misleading. If you are caught saying in a topic title, "My New Waffle Maker " and the topic is significantly different you will be warned.
Illegal Content
There will be NO illegal content like piracy, hacking, scam sites, etc. These will be immediately locked and the poster will be banned. No exceptions! Of course this is illegal so you should not do it anyway.
Sexual References
Sexual references IC are allowed, but only to a certain extent. Please refrain from going into too much detail.
Evading the Filters
If you are caught evading the word filters using dots, spaces, extra letters, or anything else, you WILL be warned.
Advertising
Advertising is restricted specifically to the Advertisement Board. And please note that you will need to have at least passed the academy before you will be allowed to post advertisements in that section. Advertisements found anywhere else WILL BE REMOVED.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism is when you use someone else's graphic or text without their permission. This is NOT allowed. If you do post somebody else's graphic, you must acknowledge them in your FIRST post. If you do post somebody else's text, you must acknowledge them in your FIRST post with their text wrapped in a quote.
Evading a Ban
If you are caught evading a Ban you will be banned yet again. You were banned for a reason, don't make it worse. This includes making a new account or using a different IP to gain access to your account.
Impersonating
You may not impersonate ANYONE, even if it's a family member. This includes sigs, avatars, Pm's, posts, or anything else on this forum or any other place for that matter.
Complaining About Admins, Mods, Rules, Warns
This is strictly NOT allowed. If you want to talk about your warn or the rules, Pm a Admin or if you got warned Pm the mod that warned you. DO NOT post a thread about this, it will be closed and deleted AT ONCE!
Asking to be a Staff Member
You may NOT ask to be a staff member. This will delete you from our list to consider promoting to be a staff member. We decide who will and who will not be staff members, DO NOT try to recommend someone.
